Spiked Apple Cider
Apple Cider and Fall fans, this cocktail is for you! Since Thanksgiving can be quite some work, we thought the easiest part of the meal should be enjoying a nice, refreshing drink. We used flavors that paired with out menu to create a smooth flow from food to drink and dessert. We also thought it would be fun to blend our cocktail with out table-scape by using cinnamon sticks and rosemary in our drink.
- Your favorite Apple Cider (We used one from a local farmer's market)
- Bourbon (We used Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
- Ginger ale
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
- Rosemary leaves for garnish
Combine about 1/4 of a cup of Apple Cider and 1 ounce of bourbon. Add ice and give it a good stir! Top off with a splash of ginger ale. Add cinnamon sticks and rosemary for decoration!
This can also be made alcohol-free. Skip the bourbon and add a tad more apple cider!
