Need to return your product?
If there is a reason why you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in the original packaging and has to be in perfect conditions for a refund within five days of receiving the item. Please email us with the reason for your return so we can assist you with the process and evaluate your case. Unfortunately, we are not making exchanges at this moment, but you can always place a new order, while we get your return and refund your money.
We do not credit original or return shipping costs unless you received the wrong item, or there is a manufacturing issue with your product. We check every order before it gets out of the door, but since our products are handmade by artisans, some differences might occur; in that case, we are happy to receive your return and refund the shipping cost. We reserve the right to judge every case to decide if a refund to the shipping cost applies.
All vintage products have character added to them during the years, and every piece is unique and has individual features, that might include but not be limited to, different tones and colorings in the article, inconsistent patterns or sizes, distress textile, among others; these are not considered flaws but added beauty to the item.
Therefore, a return based on the unique characteristics of the product will not apply. We try our best to make accurate descriptions and show correct pictures of the products if you have more questions about a product before making a purchase, please, don't hesitate to contact us; we are more than happy to help you make the right purchase.
Please note, due to the different devices used to surf the web, colors and contrasts might vary from screen to screen, that means, give some room to the accuracy of colors when buying products online, they could be a couple of shades brighter or darker.
At the moment, we don't offer free returns, except when there is a manufacturing issue with the order, contact us and let us know if this is the case. In case you need to make a return, the customer will cover all shipping and packaging costs.
Missing at door packages, delays, and other courier provider related subjects don't apply for returns. Please contact the courier company if you experience any issues.
Remember to properly package your return to prevent any damage in the process, please, include all the details of the purchase, and the packing slip sent to you with your order. Make sure to address all returns to:

You should get a confirmation email when the return has been received and processed. You will get a refund in the next days, depending on your bank provider.
Please keep in mind that we will inspect the return products to ensure they are in the same condition as when sent to you, they have to meet this criterion; otherwise, we won't be able to refund your money.
We are not responsible for any damage or missing packages for a better option use its original box.
If your package is missing on its way to us, contact your courier provider; they will assist you with your missing item.
Did you get a damaged item?
We are always working to provide you with the best purchase experience. However, we understand that sometimes unwanted things might happen. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com to ensure prompt resolution. Please provide the order number, the email address associated with your account, and your phone number for fastest service. We will send you a new item as soon as we have inspected the package (original) and product, and the replacement item is available. All cases will be processed in a case by case and will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase.
In case of not coming to a resolution, a discount in the store or partial refund might apply, we reserve the right to judge this on a case by case basis.
