We will always ensure our customers receive their orders. During the holiday sales period we require 30 business days before we replace or refund lost orders shipped within the USA. We require 75 days on orders shipped outside the USA (Canada). We have seen both carriers take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver USA packages since the start of COVID19. Tracking on packages is often not being updated during the shipping process. Lack of updated tracking does not mean the package is not moving. We have no delivery information beyond tracking shown through the carriers websites.
COVID-19 update, we are still shipping and trying to get your orders shipped in a timely matter, but some delays might encounter. All couriers are experiencing more extended delivery times, so your order might take longer to be delivered to your door. We work hard to make sure you have the best shopping experience; this also includes the shipping process, please note that we are a small company with a tiny team, processing and responding times can vary.
Please keep in mind that once your package leaves our installations in Brooklyn, New York, we are in the hands of a third-party provider, this sometimes involves some damage to your package or product or delays on the estimated delivery date.

All orders placed on weekends (Friday - Sunday) we will process them on the next business days. Processing times usually takes 1-3 business days, with the exception of our Sales, Kitchen and Dining and Decor collections but we will try our best to ship it as soon as possible. COVID-19 Update, some products are taking up to 10 days to process, this is because we are working directly with the artisans to ship the products to you to minimize the impact of price increases and supply chain.
When you select an express delivery or two-day delivery, that means that the package, once it's processed and picked up by the courier company, it will be delivered to you in the estimated time provided by the courier company. We are not responsible for the courier company delivery times and charges; these are third party companies used to get the products to you.
If you need a rushed order, please leave us a note at the time of purchase and contact us for help, at the moment we do not offer expedited shipping services. However, we are always happy to accommodate requests and always reach out to us if you have a special requirement.
We calculated shipping charges in real-time based on the weights and dimensions of the items ordered. The estimated time of delivery might be different to the one shown at checkout, since these are subjected to when your package shipped.
We are currently working with United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx and The Postal Office for deliveries; this means that you will always get the best shipping charges of the day, including special shipping prices and delivery times according to your necessities, country or state the US.
